I created this blog after months of seeing so many other fitness blogs on tumblr. Everything on this blog has to do with being healthy. I really believe that being healthy is the key to being happy. That means balancing your fitness, diet, sleep cycles, stress, and even social life. We all struggle every day to maintain a balance and I hope this blog will help. Also, if you have any questions, feel free to ask! I've seen many blogs that give false answers and I'm not a complete expert, but I've spent a ton of time learning about this stuff, and it's a shame for people to receive misleading information. If I don't know an answer, I will find out the best I can! I just want my followers to be healthy and happy! I'll update this later.
